As a first time buyer at auction I was really doubting whether to use this auction site or not given the reviews on here. I phoned them up to understand the process, they were friendly, polite, clear and patient with me and my lack of knowledge in this arena. My business partner and I were successful in our pursuit of a particular property and again I phoned them up, probably overly cautious given the reviews, they were once more outstanding in progressing the paperwork and very clear on the next steps. Can not wait to use this outfit again.
