Obviously participation in auction mainly depends on Lot presented, but if lots are the same, would definitely choose Taylor James. Virtual Tour is also excellent (long and clear), feels as you are making the actual visit.

Easy to bid. Good prices for investors. I prefer them , and will keep on following /bidding on their auctions. Even their fees are 5 times smaller(1.2K) than SDL for example (6K)

So far so good weve registered for the next auction and the team have been very good advising on how this auction works the fees were told are a flat fee still apprehensive as weve never done this before Just hope the holding fees are refunded if we dont win the property we are wanting Good luck to this recently established company although the proprietor has been in the business years reading his portfolio Wish us good luck and a smooth transaction
