Land with woodland potential

Ynysybwl, CF37 - Get Access

Description

An irregular shaped plot of land in a semi-rural location on the edge of the village of Ynysybwl, positioned adjacent to the River Clydach. The land was previously part of a dismantled railway formation and is now generally an area of self-sown woodland, making it well-suited for those with ecological interests or for woodland management activities. The plot extends to roughly 1.1 acres (0.45 ha) including part of the adjacent river, which reduces to approximately 0.76 acres (0.31 ha) when the river is excluded. Please note there is no direct means of access, and access would need to be negotiated with an adjoining landowner; prospective purchasers are advised to view the land solely from the public road at Clydach Terrace and at their own risk. The property will be sold with an obligation not to develop the former railway formation in a way that would materially prejudice the future reopening of the line. External viewing is available via Clydach Terrace.
